In Indian craft tradition, the sutradhar is the master carpenter — the one who holds the thread and turns a plan into something built. We chose the name because that is exactly what we do.
Sutradhar Interior And Contracts Pvt Ltd was established to pursue new opportunities within the evolving interior and built-environment sector. It brings together two principal capabilities: design — developing thoughtful, functional and aesthetically considered interior solutions — and execution — transforming those concepts into completed spaces through structured project management, site supervision, trusted vendors and a skilled workforce.
We are backed by Dev Interior Projects, an established Mumbai firm, which gives Sutradhar the ability to build its own identity and operations while benefiting from the foundation and experience developed by the existing business. Dev Interior Projects continues its operations independently; Sutradhar does not replace or merge with it.

Sutradhar is supported by the experience of Dev Interior Projects — a Mumbai-based firm specialising in complete interior development, turnkey execution, renovation and custom work. Its founder, Mr. Omprakash Mistry, has worked in the interior industry since 1990, starting on-site as a supervisor.
