2. What you may do

  • View the site and print or download pages for your personal, non-commercial reference, for example when discussing a project with us.
  • Share links to our pages.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute our designs, renders or photographs without written permission.
  • Use our designs to build, quote or market work by another firm.
  • Use the Sutradhar name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us.

4. Third-party material

Some photographs or video on this site are royalty-free stock media from Unsplash and Pexels, used under their licences. Those items remain the property of their creators.

5. Designs created for clients

Ownership and usage rights for designs and drawings created for a client are set out in that client's contract.

6. Reporting infringement
